On the way back from his mother's funeral, homicide detective Gun-su gets into an accident and hits a man with his car. He panics and in order to cover up his crime, he hides the body in his mother's coffin. A few days later, Gun-su's crime appears on the police index information and his colleague has been assigned the case and that makes the things worse.
