When darkness has settled over New York City Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have a hand on police to politicians. That was become a threat for New York City. That needs an end until four brothers who dislike this, who were a group of mutated turtle warriors rise from the sewers and they decided their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Shredder has a diabolical plan against the New York City. Ninja Turtles wants to save the city from Shredder for that they want to work with courageous reporter April O'Neil and her cameraman Vern Fenwick.
