Detective Bruce Kenner is investigates a case of John Gray who admits to sexually abusing his daughter, Angela Gray. Angela gives a written complaint regarding sexual abuse. But John has no recollection of the abuse. Investigators used help of Professor Kenneth Raines for an experimental technique to regain the memory of John. After the test they realized that their colleague Detective George Nesbitt is involved in this crime. Bruce continued his investigation and Angela tells him he is in danger as well because of the secrets he knows.
